    I purchased the car February 3rd, I had them check a wheel issue and the car rode worse after I picked it up frin service. Although I was assured that the mechanic had test driven it and it was in "excellent condition"! That was false. Trying to call back and get a hold of someone and explain to them and then have them be really defensive and assure you that you don't know what you're talking about. I went on and took the car to a different mechanic in Lubbock. I payed for & replaced 2 rear tires that were already covered in my "warranty" but I was going to have to wait several days for the repair. Making the car un-driveable. They did order another key fob, (In March) which was covered under my "warranty" as well, but it only took a few weeks , and about six phone calls later. I was able to schedule in my first free oil change when the key fob was replaced. 2 birds, one stone, 6 phone calls later = 👍🏾 not the best time , but you gotta stay on them, if you wanna get your car back and running right.

    Thomas, the salesman worked really to find the truck I wanted. Scott and Jonathan worked really hard to make sure the financing worked in my favor. Everybody was really easy to talk to and really easy to work with. I would recommend these guys and the dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

    Once they were able to find out what was wrong with my pickup they were able to get it fixed the sales man and receptionist were really good the parts and services lacked a little on communication.
